(quotation will be submitted for additional installation of sockets, switched, dimer switches, electrical decorations, and appliances)
Replacement of kitchen and bathroom exhaust fan maximum size 8”.

Replacement of existing wardrobe’s door handles, hinges.
Replacement of existing kitchen cabinets door handles, hinges.
Replacement of wooden door handles and locks.(Quotation will be submitted for any other furniture assembling, dismantling, drilling and hanging work of paintings and frames, repairing existing furniture’s)

Replacement of wash basin’s mixers, kitchen sink’s mixer, shower mixer, bidet shower (shathaf), angle valve, flush tank’s accessories (build in flush tank is not included), garden taps, under sink accessories on existing sink
Washing machine and dishwasher installation with existing water lines and drain out lines.
(quotation will be submitted in case of inlet or outlet pipes to be newly provided)
Stock tank’s automatic flout switch, ball valve, water motor and pressure pump replacement.
(water motor and pressure pump will be identified in case of it excluded in this contract during the time of initial inspection before signing the AMC)
In case of internal water leakages such as into the wall or slab is not included in this contract.
(quotation will be submitted upon client request)
Annually 5 meters of new water line (ppr pipe), 5M of new drain out line (pvc pipe) installation is free.
(quotation will be submitted in case of wall or floor to be break and refix, in addition any work to be done more than 3 meters height)

8 sqm of applying primer and painting is annually free (wooden painting is not included)(Quotation will be submitted for any additional work of filling the holes plastering or preparing the surface to the smooth condition)
